Before you get in touch

Check the active profile, the affected source and any exact error wording. Try one change at a time and note what happened. The troubleshooting guides explain how to narrow the problem without deleting your setup.

  1. Find your app version and build in Settings → About.
  2. Note the device model, operating-system version and approximate failure time.
  3. Describe the screen, title or channel involved and the steps immediately before the problem.
  4. Redact passwords, tokens, management codes and private invitation links from screenshots and reports.
